The Anstey restaurant will host an exclusive collaboration next week – see their top tips for Italian cooking at home.
A top Italian chef is teaming up with a popular Leicestershire restaurant for a spectacular evening of gastronomy.
Paolo Barrale, who holds a prestigious Michelin Star, will be cooking up a storm at Sapori Italian restaurant and bar in Anstey next week.
He will be working collaboratively with Sapori’s Head Chef and Co-Patron Andrea Scarpati to produce one very exclusive menu.
Held on Thursday 9 November, diners will be treated to a unique six course tasting menu paired with wines from Feudi di San Gregorio – the vineyard within which Barrale's Michelin starred restaurant, Marennà, is situated.
Better still, the pair both belong to CHIC – or Charming Italian Chef – an organisation dedicated to the cooking of traditional, yet innovative Italian cuisine.
