Discerning diners won’t want to miss this event at Anstey restaurant Sapori.

The award-winning restaurant is set to welcome Vincenzo Guarino, Michelin star chef and fellow CHIC chef member, for an exclusive event on Tuesday, February 27.

Vincenzo has chosen Sapori to launch his first book in the UK, and will be working with chef patron, Andrea Scarpati, on an incredible tasting menu to celebrate the occasion.

Like Andrea, Vincenzo - who was ranked 51st best chef in the world in The Best Chef Awards - is a native of the Campania region, and has led a number of restaurants to obtaining the prestigious Michelin star.

He has travelled extensively, cooking around the globe.

The evening begins at 7pm, and tickets cost £75 per person, including a six course Michelin-quality tasting menu and accompanying live music.

There is just one sitting, so places are limited and a non-refundable payment of the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.
